Global Cargo System has defined quality as a fundamental part of its policy and strategy to achieve total satisfaction of its clients, suppliers, and collaborators, based on compliance with established work processes, requirements demanded by clients, suppliers, the Administration, and legal requirements.



In this way, the Quality System adopted by Global Cargo System to ensure a flexible company, capable of inspiring and involving staff in its objectives, aims to motivate the workforce by making them participants in satisfying customer needs through the services offered by the company.



The Management of Global Cargo System personally assumes responsibility for Quality Management in the company and, in order to provide services that fully satisfy the needs of both internal and external clients with maximum efficiency, presents this Quality Policy, which forms the basis of the Quality Management System and will be periodically reviewed through the Management System Review.
